​Halloween Time to Glow Art Show Registration

  • The 7Arts Halloween Art Show is non-juried and welcoming to all local artists and all ages. Depending on available space, submitted pieces may vary when and where they are displayed.
     

  • There is no submission fee.
     

  • If you choose to sell your pieces at this show, a 20% commission for NOVA Club Artists or 30% commission for non-NOVA Club Artists will be payable to NOVA Seven Arts Council.
     

  • To submit art to the Halloween Art Show, arrange a drop off time by emailing info@7arts.ca or stopping by the studio Tuesdays to Fridays between 11 am and 4 pm. Please leave pieces with admin and ensure all paperwork has been completed. 

 

  • Pieces must be left at 7Arts for the Halloween Art Show for the duration of the Halloween Art Show (month of October 2024).

 

  • Please note we have limited storage space. While we try to be flexible, please make arrangements to pick up your piece(s) between Nov 1 and 7. If arrangements have not been made by November 15, it will be considered a donation to 7Arts.

 

  • NOVA Seven Arts Council assumes no responsibility for loss or damage sustained to any piece at any time. Reasonable effort will be taken to prevent loss or damage to your pieces while they are in our possession.

 

  • You agree to allow your name and photos of your artwork to be displayed on social media by 7Arts as well as on the 7Arts webpage.
