Colleen Tophen

Hi, my name’s Colleen Tophen and I’m a librarian by day, artist and mom by night. I’ve been painting since I was 3 years old. I work in acrylic, pencil crayon, watercolor and ink. I would love to illustrate a picture book one day. I hope you enjoy my work!
