Below is a list of all of our current ongoing weekly and monthly programs that we offer at 7Arts.

Our fantastic and talented NOVA Club artists love to share their knowledge and get creative in our community. It doesn't even have to be painting! We love to offer a variety of media.

Makerspace

Saturdays, 12:30-3pm

Join us for our Makers Space on Saturday! We will be open from 12:30 pm until 3:30 pm. Cost is $5 per person and caregivers are FREE. No need to register, just drop in during those hours!

Youth Art Lessons

Tuesdays, 4:30-5:30pm

These classes are for youth ages 7-12 with new projects each week. Learn new artistic techniques and try new tools and media. This session runs Tuesdays (March 5, 12, 19, & 26) from 4:30-5:30pm $25/class or 4 for $80.

ArtBeat Lounge

Saturdays, 4-6pm

Join the ArtBeat Movement - a community of teen artists sharing their stories, creating, and turning every beat into a masterpiece.

For ages 13-18. Sponsored by the Kingston Lions Club. Pre-registration is not required.

HealthRYTHMS Drum Circles

Various Dates

The HealthRYTHMS drum circle helps individuals feel calm and connected by exploring our creativity through rhythms and wellness exercises. No musical experience necessary and we supply the drum. Sponsored by True Patriot Love.

Life Through a Mask

Various Dates

This is a four-week program sponsored by Veterans Affairs. It is geared towards exploring one’s persona, which often refers to the practical and successful personality we use most of the time in the workplace and social relationships.

Artist James Lightle and Jaime Lee Lightle BA, DTATI, RCT-C will guide you through you through this program. For more information visit the Life Through a Mask Page.

Fibre Crafting

Various Dates

For female-identifying fibre crafters (knitting, crochet, cross stitch, embroidery, felting, rug hooking, etc) over the age of 25 looking for a community to craft and chat with! Every Wednesday night from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Suggested donation $5.
